Paying for courses

You must have enough money to pay for your course. How much money you need depends on your situation.

Not every student is charged the same amount. Read below how much the course costs for you.

Statutory course fee € 150,-	If you have a temporary or permanent asylum residence permit in the Netherlands
Reduced course fee € 45,-	If you have applied for asylum in the Netherlands, and the asylum procedure is ongoing. If you have an asylum residence permit in the Netherlands but you are still living in a COA reception centre. If the Temporary Protection Directive Ukraine applies to you.

You don’t always have to have all this money at the start of your course. Learn more about the available payment plans.

We do not pay for your travel expenses, you must arrange that yourself.

Are you choosing a location outside your home town? Some municipalities or COA centres will pay for your travel expenses, but not all.
