Course registration

To be enrolled in a course, you first must register. Learn when and how you can register for a course.

Important: You must only register for the course you're advised to follow.

When can you register for a course?

The registration for course is only possible during designated periods. Registration periods 2024-2025

Regular registration periods

for Fall 2024	2 September - 29 September 2024
for Winter 2025	6 January - 2 February 2025
for Spring 2025	24 March - 20 April 2025

Late registration days

If you miss the regular registration period, you may still have a chance to register during the late registration days.

Course registration process step by step

These are the steps in the online course registration process. You have to complete all steps to be able to enter the course classroom.

After filling in your information (name, email, and phone number), carefully proceed:

1. If you plan to pay in instalments, check the box Pay in three equal instalments.

2. Read carefully the paying for your course page and based on your situation, choose the type of course fee that is applicable.

3. Click Checkout

4. On the Checkout page, fill in your:

a. Payment method.

b. Billing address.

5. Click Continue.

6. Review your order carefully and click Place Order & Pay.

Important: During Checkout, you are asked to pay a € 15,- deposit. When you pay this deposit, it will be automatically discounted from the total course fee.

Important: You cannot register for two courses at the same time. If you do so, your registration for one of the courses will be cancelled automatically.

Tip: We invite more students to register than there are available seats. We fill the spots available for students on a first-come, first-served basis. Make sure to complete your course registration on time.
