Cancellations & refunds

Sometimes, things come up, and you have to cancel your course enrollment. When you cancel on time, you may receive a full refund and give someone else the chance to enrol.

Your course fee refund is calculated based on the date you cancel your course enrolment and how many course sessions have passed.

If applicable, your refund will be processed with 14 days from your cancellation. You'll receive an email should we need more information.
