You can cancel your course enrolment at any time. To cancel your course enrolment: 1. Go to My Bookings in your EAN Account. 2. Select the course you want to cancel. 3. Click Yes to confirm course cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email. If you're due a refund, we'll process it within 14 days of your cancellation.

Within 14 days of registering (cooling-off period)You can cancel without giving a reason. We refund everything you've paid. If your course has already started and you've attended classes, we may deduct a proportional amount for the classes given before you cancelled.After 14 days, before the course startsFree cancellation. For example: if you cancel after 8 of the 24 classes, you pay 8/24 of the course fee and we refund the remainder. If you're paying in instalments, we simply reduce or cancel the ones still to come.If EAN cancels the courseFor example, if there aren't enough students to run it.
