You can cancel your course enrolment at any time. To cancel your course enrolment: 1. Go to My Bookings (https://www.englishacademyfornewcomers.nl/account/my-bookings)in your EAN Account. 2. Your course fee refund is calculated based on the date you cancel your course enrolment and how many course sessions have passed. If applicable, your refund will be processed with 14 days from your cancellation. You'll receive an email should we need more information. *Transaction fees may apply.
