EAN Groningen opens its doors to the North

After our success in the Randstad, we now take the lead in the North in an under-serviced field aiding the academic integration of newcomers through language education.

In January 2022, EAN opened its new doors in the North. Two groups of highly educated newcomers from Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe started English classes provided by dedicated volunteer teachers under guidance of Dr Seyit Gök (Director) and Prof. Dr. Marije Michel (Academic Director). With many thanks to the expertise from EAN Utrecht, the financial support of the Faculty of Arts and fruitful collaboration with COA North. Stay tuned for more news from EAN Groningen.
